Service Agreement:
By ordering or using Guidance IT services, the client agrees to provide accurate project requirements, materials, access details and payment information needed for service delivery.
Payments:
Advance payment may be required before project work starts. Final delivery, source files or handover may depend on full payment clearance.
Delivery Timeline:
Delivery dates are approximate and depend on project scope, client feedback, required materials, revision cycles and third-party service availability.
Revisions:
Revision support depends on the selected package, project agreement and approved scope of work. Extra changes outside the agreed scope may require additional cost and time.
Client Materials:
Guidance IT is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete content, missing access, late feedback or unavailable client materials.
Digital Services:
For domain, hosting, SMS, advertising or third-party platforms, the client is responsible for provider charges, policy compliance and timely renewal unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds:
Advance payment is non-refundable after project work starts, unless a written exception is approved by Guidance IT.
Support:
Support is provided according to the agreed package, service type or active maintenance agreement.
